Our beautifully appointed studio is located in a lovely tree lined street on 1 acre in the suburb of Burradoo, on the edge of Bowral. We have only just listed our space so we are very excited to share it with our guests.
The fully self contained studio is separate from the main house. The studio has a private entrance and off street undercover parking and overlooks the stunning gardens in the property.

The space
The studio has one queen size bedroom overlooking the orchard and back treed garden. The living room (with single sofa bed) and spacious kitchen with convection microwave overlooks the garden with a pergola and outside table to enjoy the view. The bathroom with beautiful walk-in shower and toilet has a separate vanity area.
There is heating and cooling with a split system air conditioner and a ceiling fan in the bedroom.
The queen size bed has an electric blanket for the cold southern highland nights.

There is a walking and cycling track (8km return trip) that is accessed at the bottom of the street that meanders along the Wingecarribee River.

Bowral and the surrounding towns and villages of Berrima, Mittagong and Moss Vale are all within a eight to twenty minute radius and offer antique shops, hatted restaurants, fabulous cafes, artisan shops, galleries and golf courses. Wineries and open gardens abound and the shopping caters for every taste.

During your stay

My husband and I live in the main house on the property and will usually be available to answer enquiries during your stay. However we value your privacy and so we won't get under your feet. We offer secure self check in with access via a locked side gate with key lock box.

The garden is a shared space with us and our cute West Highland Terrier who also enjoys meeting our visitors. She is very easy going but if you have any concerns please let us know in advance. We also ask that you ensure that the side access gate is always closed so she does not escape.

If you are visiting for a wedding or an event, we are more than happy to drive you to your venue, just let us know when booking.
