Spectacular Views! This Ortley Beach home is the perfect location. Enjoy gorgeous sunrises from your 2nd, 3rd and 4th floor balconies. Unobstructed views of the ocean. Features 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths and sleeps 10 when utilizing the trundles and pull out couch. Day beds on the second and third floor decks. Washer and dryer! First floor garage with elevator to all 4 floors. This is a high end home, with high end furniture with comfort and design in mind. PLEASE NOTE UNIT ON THE LEFT.

The space
This is our dream home away from home, which we are glad to share with our guests. Enter the property through the garage, where an elevator makes transporting your luggage a breeze. Enjoy a Nespresso coffee or espresso from the comfort of you private deck off the second floor master suite, or venture to the third floor living area where a cook's kitchen and second Nespresso machine awaits. Enjoy the whirlpool tub in the common bath. Take a trip up to the fourth floor roof deck to enjoy the sunrise, sunset or sun filled days. Every aspect of the home has been tailored for you comfort, no expense has been spared. PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU ARE RENTING THE LEFT SIDE OF THIS DUPLEX.

Ortley Beach is the hottest area of the Jersey Shore. Decimated by Superstorm Sandy, the town has been rebuilt with numerous high end homes and duplexes. The downton maintains the "Jersey Shore" vibe, with numerous dining alternatives and shopping. The house is one block from the very popular and Zagat rated Rockafellas By The Sea restaurant. Also, within walking distance to many food and fun activity places such as a bakery, bagel shop and a miniature golf/arcade center. And we are only 1 mile away from Seaside Heights and their iconic boardwalk.
