We rent the lower floor of a house located in Abraão, which is the main village of Ilha Grande. It has three rooms ( two rooms with balcony, one room without balcony ) , an equiped kitchen, living and dining room, and 2 full bathrooms. Total surface 100m2. We are in a quite area, about 10 minutes walking from the center of the village.

The space
This lower floor has been fully renewed in 2021, it has an independent entry. We are located in a residencial area, we ask our guest to avoid any noise after 22h00.

Other things to note
We provide bath and face towels, as well as bed linen.
We do not provide beach towels.
The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator and a stove, with basic kitchen utensils.
