Old world glamor intermixed with new world necessity makes for easy working/living. This 3 bedroom is set up as 2x beds + 1x executive office and kitchen has been fully renovated with custom Italian gas range hammered copper sink. The home has a large front yard, soon to be fenced, for kids/pups to play and everything is just off the main entrance of Piedmont Park.

No detail was spared in this custom renovation and furnishing. All Anthropologie home furnishings and West Elm linens. High end memory foam mattresses and all down comforter and pillows are ready for you to sink into after a long day.

You'll find shopping, dining, and numerous other sites as Piedmont Park, the Margaret Mitchell House and Museum, the High Museum of Art, the Center for Puppetry Arts, The Fabulous Fox Theatre, The Atlanta Symphony Orchestra, Ponce City Market, and much more. One of Atlanta's star attractions, Piedmont Park is Atlanta's largest and most historic greenspace, and is only a few steps away. Try award winning restaurants such as Empire State South, South City Kitchen, The Vortex (for amazing burgers!), Fadó, Ra Sushi, Princi Italia, Cafe Intermezzo, and so many more than we could list here... all within walking distance.
