Voted 20th in Airbnb wishlist for 2021, Lynbrook Cabin is the perfect cosy winter getaway! With a 6 person hot tub in the middle of the peaceful countryside, you can explore the New Forest and surroundings inc. Bournemouth, Salisbury and Southampton. There are buses from directly outside the property. Set in beautiful, peaceful woodlands, looking out over acres of uninterrupted fields, a stream alongside for you to explore. Surrounded by wildlife, animals, onsite parking and a shop 2 mins walk.

The space
The cosy cabin has a large bedroom, dressing are and en suite. As well as a kitchenette, a corner sofa and dining table and chairs. The cabin has underfloor heating throughout.
Right outside is the raised deck area and large permanent 6 person hot tub with LED lights and jets for you to relax and enjoy the uninterrupted views across the countryside. There are basic appliances including a fridge, air fryer, hob, kettle, toaster and sink. Plenty of storage space and some handy little extras to make your trip super special, including tea, coffee and sugar.
The bedroom and dressing area has a brand new en-suite bathroom with double shower, sink and toilet, you will also find some little extras such as towels, robes and slippers.
The private deck area is raised and well lit, with a bistro table and chair set and outdoor cooking facilities (including a gas bbq) should you wish to prepare your food in the fresh air. The large hot tub is exclusively for the cabin and is right outside on a private deck area.

Guest access
Aside from the cabin, there is a meadow and private woodland, a stream and some paddocks which are all accessible to our guests. You are welcome to explore these.
Access to the cabin is via a driveway off the main road, there is plenty of parking on site and the cabin is a short walk from the driveway.

Other things to note
Anything you need which hasn’t been covered, please ask. We have additional facilities available (some at extra cost) such as outdoor and indoor games, afternoon teas and lots of other options (if you request a menu when you book, I can send to you). In the winter months, you’ll definitely need outdoor shoes or Wellies which you are happy to get muddy and plenty of warm clothes so you can enjoy the outdoors whilst you are here. We have a variety of animals onsite (chickens, ducks, goats and a horse) some are free range but all are very friendly.

Neighbourhood highlights

We are extremely lucky to have the New Forest on our doorstep, the busy town of Ringwood is a short walk away and the picturesque villages of Fordingbridge and Burley are very close by. There is a bus stop right outside the property which can take you to Bournemouth or Salisbury in less than 30 minutes. Southampton is also a short drive.
There are many lakes surrounding the property which you can take advantage of during your stay, some are fishing and some water sports and nature reserves.
A few public houses are within walking distance and we can direct you to these if you would like.
Moors Valley is just 5 mins drive and has plenty of activities available such as Go Ape and beautiful forest walks.

We have a beautiful home within a small holding in the New Forest with lots of countryside, we have created some unique spaces for people to come and stay so that they too, can enjoy the area. We love to offer a few unique places for couples or as a group bookings. Surrounded by forest, fields, animals and wildlife with plenty of outdoor games and activities, but close enough to the town center to enjoy some evenings out and shopping.
