Friendly & warm welcoming. The house was clean and located near metro station. Only the heater in bedrooms did not work but weather was not that much cold and for us was OK.

Its a good location, even the host unable to come, she provide very comprehensive instruction on how to get into her apt. All the basic needs is there. Good location though. Convenience store located nearby.

Me and two friends stayed in the apartment for a week and it was a really good place to live. The flat is bigger that it seems and the kitchen has all you need to cook if you want. Karlijn helped us with everything, she waited us there when we arrived. Nearby is a park and the location is easy to be found. The metro is 5 min away. It was a great time spent there. Thank you.

My wife and I stayed at this apartment for one night. The apartment is spacious and clean with a minimalist sense of decor. The apartment is one floor with two bedrooms. One bedroom has one twin sized bunk bed, while the master bedroom has two twin mattresses on two separate frames joined together by one full mattress cover. This is most likely so that the room can be converted depending on the needs of the renters. Needless to say the master bed was not very comfortable. The kitchen, from what I saw had all the necessities, but like I mentioned before, we only stayed for one night, so we only utilized the fridge. The toilet is separated from the shower and like most of Europe is in a very small room. Don't expect any ventilation for heavy dumps. Courtesy flushes are a must even though air freshener is available. The shower has 70's style pink tile all over and the shower head is pointed in one direction, towards the wall. Don't bother trying to adjust it. A towel and shower mat were provided but since there were two of us we had to share. There is a heater which is a plus since the tile can get very cold. The living room has a couch and some chairs and the dining table looks big enough to fit five adults. Parking was included which was a big plus! WiFi is 10 euro additional if staying more than one day. Karlijn De Goede was very helpful and kind. She gave us directions on the Metro, which is only a 10 minute walk from the apartment. She also gave us an insider tip which was to shop at the chocolate factory near her town, Veeweyde, instead of in the town center, as well as what would be a good time for us to head to Amsterdam which was our next stop. All in all the apartment was fine for what we needed. A roof over our heads and a warm bed to sleep in.

Karlijn was very kind and helpful. We arrived late in the evening and she could not come to meet us but she arranged everything in the apartment for us and her husband came to show us the parking spot in the garage. The apartment is nice and the neighborhood is quiet and very well connected to the city center. There is even a bus line (620) that runs the whole night connecting the center the a bus stop very close to the apartment. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend both the apartment and the host!
