There is a Wood burning stove & Central heating - Electricity, Gas & Wifi included. Please enjoy playing the Piano.

GENERAL
Terraced cottage on High St in Malltraeth village is less than 200m walk from the estuary, with stunning views to Eryri mountains (Snowdonia) & Llyn peninsula.

2 TV's, Electricity, Gas & unlimited Wifi throughout property (and Garden) included.

DOWNSTAIRS
Traditional style front room with welsh dresser, formal dining area, upright Piano, TV (Smart TV only) & relaxed seating in front of a wood burning stove.

The garden room at the rear has a TV & an electric fire with double doors opening into the garden patio & barbecue area.

The kitchen features an electric hob & oven, microwave, washing machine, fridge.

The pew room adjacent to the kitchen is ideal for light meals. Fitted with 2 church pews, long table & skylight window, it doubles up as a workspace if required.

UPSTAIRS
The main bedroom has a double bed & sleeps 2

The 2nd bedroom has bunk beds & sleeps 2

There is a floor mattress in 2nd bedroom & a futon in the garden room. Both will sleep 1 if required.

Bathroom with shower, bath, toilet & airing cupboard.

Guest access
Parking on the street outside the property or at the car park 50 metres away. Public transport to main towns nearby via bus. Trains to London (approx 4hrs) at Bodorgan station 10 mins drive away or Bangor 25 mins drive.

Neighbourhood highlights

This corner of Anglesey is a very special place. The location, on the quieter side of the Island, is perfect for visiting local beaches at Newborough, Aberffraw, Cable Bay & Rhosniger with virtually uninterrupted stunning views of Snowdonia & Llyn peninsular. Ideal for walking directly out of cottage & sightseeing on the local “Cob”, Malltraeth Estuary, Llandwyn Island, Newborough Forest, Newborough Warren. A short drive takes you to Porth Dwyfan, Aberffraw, Rhosniger & the Menai strait. Cyclists will enjoy the seemingly endless rides along the Cob & through Newborough forest.

Malltraeth estuary has been designated a SSSI & has a vast amount of fauna, flowers & wetland birds. The famous Bird Artist & Illustrator Charles Tunnicliffe lived & worked in the house "Shorelands" in the village.

The many beaches nearby are popular for surfing, kayaking or just taking in the beautiful scenery and returning back to enjoy fish and chips from the local "Malltraeth Stores" which also sells “essential items”.
 The Riverside Arts and Crafts Gallery and Cafe where Jane Phillips, local artist, will give you a warm welcome selling Tea, Coffee & Homemade cakes. 
A little further afield, “The Crown’ pub in Aberffraw is highly recommended for hot meals & craft beer.
 Rhosniger offers Pubs, Cafes & Shops as well as a lively beach.
