Welcome to a bright and clean haven that will provide a central home base to easily explore the City of Vancouver and its surrounding areas. There is one queen sized bed and a futon in the living room. There is a full bathroom with a bathtub/shower and a 46” TV with a Roku player (account required). Some cooking appliances are provided in a contemporary open concept living room and dining area. There is free street parking, WIFI and heated floors.
The space
The space is located at the back of the house and has its own private entrance. It’s bright and receives a lot of sunlight and situated beside a beautiful green space in a very quiet and family friendly neighbourhood.
It is a perfect base to explore Metro Vancouver. There is a bus stop that is less than a 2 minute walk or it is an approximately 15 minute walk to Royal Oak Skytrain station that will easily take you around Vancouver. In addition there is free street parking available with a dedicated spot in front of the house.
It is not a full kitchen but there are the essentials needed to cook some meals at home. There are also lots of restaurants, cafes, grocery store, convenience store, etc. that are all within a 10 minute walk.
The complimentary high speed WIFI will allow you to stay connected at all times. There is also a Sony 46” TV with Roku device that allows you to use Netflix, YouTube, Disney+, Amazon Prime, etc with your own accounts.
Radiant floor heating is found throughout the suite and controlled with your own thermostat. The bedroom has a very comfortable queen bed and extra linens are provided. Lastly, the 4 piece bathroom includes amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, hair dryer, cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, towels, etc.

In addition, there is many more restaurants and entertainment close by on Kingsway.
