Ka's beautiful villa is exactly as it looks in the photo's - pretty, tranquil and full of character. Kitchen has everything you need and the rooms are very pretty and stay cool in the summer. The garden has four different areas to sit and relax and provides much needed shade in the summer heat. We walked to the local boulangerie each day and the nearby restaurants as well as driving farther afield for day trips to Monaco and Nice. Many thanks for a great stay!

We were met by Ka's husband - he was extremely helpful and recommended places to eat and visit around the area. The house itself is beautiful - typically French and artistic and homely. The location is great - a short walk to 2 bakeries which sell the most delicious cakes and pastries and there is parking very nearby to the property. I would recommend Ka's place to anyone visiting Grasse and the surrounding areas!

We loved our stay here. The house is old and beautifully quirky. The furnishings are old and in keeping with the property but all are very functional and comfortable. The cooking facilities are great and the outside dining area is lovely also. There is an upstairs TV area which also has great views of the area. Parking may be an issue but there are public parking areas at each end of the street so we had no difficulty. Regards David

This is a lovely house as Ka is very friendly and helpful. We found the house very quiet. Not a place I would bring very young children. The nearest shops are about 1km away. You would need a car.

We had a wonderful stay at this characterful house. The reception and advice from our hosts were great; we had lunch in one of the recommended restaurants in nearby Valbonne - and it was a treat! We spent the evenings in and the kitchen was well equipped (the BBQ on the terrace was used a lot). There isn't a lot in terms of shops in the immediate surroundings, but it's only a short walk to the village where you'd find most things. Instead you have the narrow streets, a beautiful church as a landmark and a fantastic view from the house. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Very warm welcome. Ka explained to us everything about the house and also the neighborhood. The house was very cosy and very clean. Located in a very quit and authentic South Of France neighborhood.

We are an "old" traveller couple: bagpacking all around the world.... and we found the best place to live: the côte d'azur!
We love the very special light here, specially in wintertime, the nature in all its variety, the climate which is so healthy and the quality of the air (reason why Queen Victoria used to come to Grasse)....

Our house is a very "customized" place which will make you feel like in a private home and not just anywhere.
We love to meet people from all over the world to exchange. It's a continous pleasure of discovering cultures.
