I have been renting my apartments for 15 years. Rent is a way of life for me! I like my hobby because it is socially useful: the most basic needs of a person are food and a roof over my head. How wonderful, if the house is not just a shelter, but a cozy nest that resembles a native home. I travel a lot myself and understand that from the host met me, whether the apartment is clean, if there are decor elements and cute pleasant details in it, depends on my vacation or not. Luckily, I get lucky and get to know the hosts on vacation, we maintain friendships afterwards, in this way I find friends around the world, expanding my horizons and getting to know the traditions and customs of other peoples. When I rent my place, I try to repay the world with a coin. I like to create coziness in my house, to welcome guests. I am always ready to help with a word or deed if guests have any questions. Because I understand that being in a foreign country you feel sometimes insecure how a small child will experience the world. I discovered the Air Bnb booking system for a long time and I really liked the design of the site and the sincere approach to each listing. I hope that my listing will not leave you indifferent and you will want to visit the complex, but at the same time, the original country of Ukraine (my historical homeland) or the beautiful country of Cyprus, where I recently purchased a wonderful apartment in the center of Paphos, because I loved this city with all my heart and could not resist not to come back here again and again! To fully enjoy the beauty of the island, you need to have a car. Therefore, I provide an additional car service for rent for a nominal fee, everything is simply Apartment + Auto! I will be glad to all new and regular guests!
