The space
Luxury studio fits perfectly with relaxation and work style of modern refined traveler. This unit is individually designed with handpicked décor and personal touch. It is located on the 2nd floor of a restored historic building (no elevator). Windows face a quiet courtyard. As Renovation was completed in late 2020, it Complies with COVID-19 sanitary measures, with all surfaces including walls, cupboards and wardrobes being designed to be easy to make clean and disinfected at every rental.
The spirit and energy of ancient capital is right outside of your doors, with all downtown Kyiv attractions available just steps away – including Kreschatyk Street, Independence Square (aka Maydan), Golden Gate, St. Sophia Cathedral, the Opera House and much more. Equally as close are dozens of cafes, restaurants and nightclubs for your enjoyment. Kreschatyk and Independence square are less than 3 minutes walk away.
It features a large sized bed, small couch along with mood lighting system, HDR Smart TV Unit (assuring dozens of English channels, including Netflix, Amazon Prime etc), fully equipped kitchen with dining room area, bathroom with shower, washing machine (in common area), Air Conditioner and much more. The apartment features super high speed Wi Fi Internet, assuring perfect connection every time. The apartment features an enclosed balcony – perfect for morning cup of coffee.

If you check in between night hours of 19:00 and 10:00 we would like to offer you the
following check in solutions:
1. Please note that your arrival is during NIGHT TIME therefore we HIGHLY RECOMMEND using our Airport transfer service in order to have smooth and easy check in. Our driver will have keys and will take you directly to reserved accommodation and check you in. The cost is only 30 USD from KBP airport and 20 USD from IEV, BUS Station/Train Station is 20 USD. We realize these rates may be slightly higher than Uber and etc, however, our drivers use safe, clean and insured vehicles and you will have a PIECE OF MIND with easy and smooth check in.
2. You can collect the keys from reception of our mini hotel located in the very center of Kiev at 10 Boghdana Khmelnitskogo Street (1 block from Keschatik and next to metro station Teatralnaya / Golden Gates). Hotel reception is open 24/7. Hotel’s reception phone number: +
3. If you do not wish to pickup key at hotels’ reception you may also use night check in with our driver / manager. In this instance our driver / manager will wait for you at a pre agreed time in front of your accommodation building. We will provide you with phone number of the driver /manager one day prior to arrival. Cost night time check in is $ 15. Note that the driver /manager may have limited English speaking skills.
