This light and spacious apartment (95m2) is located on the 4th floor of a modern apartment complex with 12 units.
It is a 5 minute walk away from the train station Utrecht Vaartsche Rijn.
In 5 minutes you are in the Twijnstraat in which you will find little shops (butcher, flowershop, cheese, bear and wine) and supermarkets (AH, Turkish Supermarket, ekoplaza). Within a 3 minutes walk you will find the Louis Hartlooper Complex and some bars and restaurants.

Other things to note
The Miele Coffee machine seen on the pictures in the kitchen unfortunately doesn’t work but there is a Dolce Gusto coffee machine and a normal filter coffee machine instead. There is also a milk frother.
