My home is 5 minutes from Warwick train station with direct trains to Birmingham, Solihull, Leamington Spa and London Marylebone and on a direct bus route to Coventry and Stratford upon Avon. Warwick Castle is 5 minutes walk. National Grid, JLR & Aston Martin are close by. There are plenty of shops and restaurants within 10 minutes walk. Free on street parking after 6pm until 9am.

The space
First floor double bedroom with private en suite bathroom. Bed is full size double. Ideal for Professionals or holidaymakers. This is a newly renovated space situated in a quiet cul de sac yet close to local amenities. Tea, coffee, milk, kettle are provided. There is also free Wifi and there is a desk/dressing table to work from if needed. A wall mounted TV is provided. In the en suite there is a large walk in shower, wc and basin. Towels, toiletries and a hair dryer are provided. The bedroom has black out curtains and the bathroom has a blind if needed.

You can walk to the centre of Warwick in 5 minutes. Excellent bus and train service. 8 minutes to M40 motorway.
