This apt, 1 of 4 apts in the same bldg, is the conversion of the attic over my shop, completely isolated from the others, & extremely private, quiet, & secure. Unlike the others, it has no apt above or below it. Entrance requires going thru 2 keyless entries with a spacious concrete parking pad immediately outside the 1st door. The apt can sleep up to 6 with a king bed, full length couch, loveseat recliner, & space to add a twin bed. It has 2 lg flat screen tv's with subscription access.

Unlike the other apartments, this apt has no apt above or below it, nor does it share a common wall with another apt. This apt can be made as dark as a guest wants & is an awesome place to live & sleep, esp during rain. There r 2 kayaks, a firepit, a trampoline, & a half-court basketball court with 10' goal for guest use. This is our newest Airbnb apt. The apt bldg is on the same 5-acre lot with our home near the end of a 1-lane private road with minimal traffic. We are in a beautiful valley with ridges on the north & south with lots of green space in between. Our area is great for walking, jogging, cycling, kayaking, fishing, & walking/playing with a dog.
