Quiet family area with local shops, restaurants and transport within walking distance. The house has a park opposite and walks along La Deule canal and its waterways are just nearby. Lille is a metro, bus or bike ride away.

There are local supermarkets within walking distance one of which Lidl has loads of EV chargers. On Saturday there is a local outdoor market in front of the town hall. Eura technologies is also within walking distance for those going there for work.
