New modern furniture can be found throughout this beautifully remodeled unit. Apartment highlights include a dedicated work desk, comfy Queen bed, and a stunning remodeled eat-in Kitchen stocked with all the cooking necessities.

The space
The main room has beautifully refinished hardwood floors and has a Queen Bed with down comforter, comfy chair with a foot stool and side table, media cabinet with 43" smart TV (connect to your Netflix, Hulu, etc), and a built-in workspace. A plush rug completes the room. The perfect combination of stylish and comfortable!

The brand new kitchen and eating area is in a separate room and is equipped with a gas stove, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, pots & pans, plates & cups. Pretty much everything you would need besides groceries!

The bathroom was recently updated with a new vanity, lighting, flooring, toilet and mirror. Opposite the bathroom is a large closet with built-ins and a plenty of hanging space for your belongings.

This fully furnished home includes bath towels and bedding. An initial supply of consumable items like soap, shampoo, and toilet paper will be provided. Guests should plan on refilling these items as needed.

We include a Sonic Gigabit fiber internet connection that provides fast download speeds. Working from home and streaming movies is a breeze!

Laundry facilities are available in the building and take electronic payment via smartphone.
