Brand new home in a lovely little neighborhood. The house is decorated in a cozy country style that invites relaxation. The house is located near the main arteries of Paradise with easy access to Magalia, central Paradise and the Skyway which takes you directly into Chico. The house has three patios and one with a table for outdoor dining. Our home has a smart TV for easy access to your favorite apps. The kitchen is equipped with most everything you need for cooking meals.
