This is beautifully remodeled studio with king bed and full bathroom with double vanity and a walk-in shower. It is an attached unit to the main house, and you will have a separate private exterior entrance at the back of the property.

Walkable to some of Houston's best restaurants, bars, coffee, and shops, as well as beautiful tree-lined Cherryhurst Park one block away.

The main house is also rented out on AirBnB usually for longer term. That house has its own private entrance in the front.

The space
The entire home has just been completely renovated. The studio includes new paint/ trim and refinished floors. The bathroom includes a double-vanity and beautiful walk-in shower with glass walls, marble floors, and subway tile.

Relax on a brand new Helix mattress (king bedroom) with Brooklinen sheets and towels. Enjoy the high-speed internet and 50" LG flat screen smart TV. The room also includes a mini-fridge, microwave, Keurig, utensils and plates/ bowls, storage, iron, hair dryer, and clothes rack (please see amenities list for full list).

Private entrance is through a gated yard in the back of the home. Security with exterior lights and two Ring cameras with floodlights. There is a parking for one car in the driveway.

Welcome to the heart of the Montrose district of Houston. The home is walkable (yes there is a walkable area in Houston!) to some of the city's best restaurants, bars, coffee, and vintage shops, it is like Austin's South Congress. Some recommendations are: Brasil Coffee, Common Bond Bakery, Anvil Bar, Penny Quarter Coffee, Hugo's, Rosie Cannonball, Goodnight Charlie's, and UB Preserv.

Located in the Cherryhurst neighborhood, which dates back to 1916. The neighborhood is filled with unique homes, mature tree-lined streets, and the beautiful Cherryhurst Park, which includes a shaded walking trail, playground, tennis court, green space, and community garden.
