Beautifully remodeled home featuring a Hot tub, within walking distance to Lake Guntersville ,and the scenic Sunset trail. Amazing location that is in close proximity to three grocery stores, boat ramps, bars, and restaurants.

The space
The property itself features a large backyard with a built-in deck with patio furniture ,jacuzzi ,bbq, and outdoor fire pit to enjoy year round. The backyard is spacious enough for children and adults to enjoy playing outdoor sports and games such as corn hole, badminton , or just tossing the ball around. ( equipment not offered by host). As a side note some towels are provided,however, if there will be many guests you may want to bring extra towels. Beach/lake and jacuzzi towels are not provided. Though some pictures show alcohol in the bar area ,alcohol is not provided .

Where you’ll be

Guntersville, Alabama, United States

The neighborhood itself is rather quiet ,being there are only a handful of homes on our street. The lake is within walking distance ,5 minutes to be exact. Please note there are no sidewalks to get there but grass along the street and pavement to walk on . Once you have gotten to the lake there is a beautiful walking path where you can walk, bike, skate along. There is also a little “beach” area where little kids can enjoy the water.
