Newly renovated private basement guest suite in Denver suburb. Private entrance through the garage to a half set of stairs that leads down to a full kitchen, two bedrooms, laundry, and a full bath on the lower level. My wife and I live in the separated upstairs with our 2 toddlers. Driveway parking. Each bedroom has smart Roku TV (Netflix included), ceiling fan, egress window, and closet

The space
The guest suite is newly finished with bright modern lighting throughout. The guest suite is entered through a keypad locking door on the side of the garage that you can drive right up to. The garage opens to a hallway that takes you to the half stair case into the basement with a brand new kitchen, full bathroom, and two bedrooms. Each bedroom in the basement has a ceiling fan that is controlled by its own multi speed switch on the wall. The basement also has a full size washer and dryer for guests to use. The fridge in the kitchen has a filtered water and ice dispenser
