I am very well divided, with 1 bedroom and 1 en-suite, all with air-conditioning. My windows are large, so I can offer you lots of light and fresh air. Not to mention my balcony, where you have a view of the pool and Praia Grande, with a private barbecue and table for your breakfast, family lunch with sea view.

In the en-suite, you have total comfort, air-conditioning and Smart TV, double bed,
plus quality linens

In the bedroom, we have 1 bunk bed, 1 double bed + 2 extra mattresses and also

The living room has a double sofa bed, as well as a 60 Smart TV and 300mb fiber internet, so if you need to work from home, the connection is great

Kitchen, fully equipped with all the essential utensils for preparing your meal, including an air fryer, and in the laundry room, we have a washing machine

Bathrooms, always clean and sanitized with hot shower.

Balcony (the cherry on the cake!!!)
It has a balcony with an exclusive barbecue area, a table for breakfast or family lunch with a sea view, a chaise and a swing for that top photo of the beautiful Sunset of Arraial do Cabo.

It is mandatory to use identification bracelets inside the condominium, thus avoiding identification at all times and releasing access to the entire leisure area (except the fitness center).

Under no circumstances can the pet be left alone in the property (if you go out for a walk, you must take the pet with you). In case of urine, scratches or other damage caused by the pet, the guest will be held responsible

Beach equipment will be lent to the guest, who will be responsible for its cost in case of breakage or loss. Beach umbrellas cannot be taken to the beach, only the sun umbrella intended for beach use.
