Fantastic location for the Biennale. They mean what they say about €30 charge for checking in past 8pm - we arrived at 8:15pm and were charged this. Seems a bit arbitrary but it is in the description so all is fair. The flat was a bit darker than it appears in the images, ground floor so you get a bit of street noise, particularly in the early am people sorting and picking up recycling and trash. For a location near the Biennale this place cannot be beat. It is as well a bit away from all the tourist areas so in general peaceful and comfortable. Very clean and has all you need if you are just looking for a place to sleep.

Response from Beatrice:
Dear Josef, thanks for your review. We apologize about the noise of the recycling, unfortunately in all Venice there is this type of recycle collection. Venice is so different from other cities. Even if I prefer this type of noice (a man passing with a carrier and picking up manually bags on the street) than the one of a truck passing on the street of a normal city. Best wishes, Bea

Beatrice was great. She was very welcoming and met us at the boat stop and walked with us to the apartment. Communication was really easy and quick! Transport was really easy to central and walkable if you wanted. Location is perfect if you are going to Venice for the Art Biennale as it's right next to the entrance. Definitely recommend staying here!

Really enjoyed the apartment and it's location. I was recommended the apartment by my daughter who visited it last year. It didn't dissapoint. In walking distance of many of the main attractions.

Beatrice was a great host, before and during our visit. Provided us with clear directions before we arrived, recommended places to visit and directed us to local amendities. The apartment was very nice and reflective of its pictures. Location was my favourite part, as it was a more residential, quiet part of Venice, however only a 5 minute walk to the tourist areas. Overall, very happy.

Beatrice was very helpful in the build up to our stay. She made sure we were met at the Vaporetto stop and were given information on the flat and good places to visit in and around Venice. We had a great stay and felt like we had a home from home at Ca'biennale. It was clean and safe, we had an authentic Venice experience and would stay again.

It was a nice stay at a nice neighborhood. The flat fitted in the sleep and walk weekend. Comfortable bed, clean sheets and hot shower. Experiences were: sleeping great (confortable and clean bed), shower ok (hot water but very small), kitchen and cooking fair (fully equipped but really old stuff), overall mood fair (nice decor but very dark flat), tech/entertainement poor (tv barely turns on, internet is so slow, no music or speakers).
