This studio is located on a private property, tucked away at the end of a quiet cul de sac, adjacent to a picturesque golf course. The studio has it's own entrance and little deck area that can be screened off for privacy. It has an ensuite bathroom, kitchenette with electric benchtop hob and conventional oven with bbq and a dining table, mini fridge, tea & coffee making facilities and toaster. The room has a heater for Winter and a fan and sliding doors for Summer months. Wifi available.

The space
The studio is bright and airy, getting a lot of afternoon sun. The doors are bifold, allowing a lot of air flow through the studio during our beautiful Summer days. The space has an ensuite and a kitchenette to allow home cooked meals. The deck area has an outdoor cafe dining table and chairs and outdoor bbq. There is a small private garden that gets screened off for our guest's stay.

Guest access
Parking is available on the quiet cul de sac road, no parking is available on the property itself due to space constraints. The studio is tucked around the back of our property, screened off for privacy with a small deck out the front and access to a barbeque. We can turn on sensor lights around the property if you expect later nights to allow easy access around to the studio.

We are very lucky to have access to Lake Rotomanu (5 minute walk) from the end of the cul de sac which leads to the famous "Whale Bridge" on the waterfront. Also have access in 5 -10 minutes across the golf course to the beach and coastal walkway. Fitzroy is such a beautiful spot and we are 10 minute walk to Fitzroy CBD which has stunning boutique stores, bars and cafes.
