The space
A stay at Kasianda House is unlike anything you have experienced before.
Our culinary and service teams were trained at the islands best restaurants, hotels and beach clubs, so you will enjoy next level service and world class cocktails and dining in this extremely spacious, and very private residence.
Just like in a hotel, you order drinks, food and room service from an extensive menu (at prices that are lower than nearby restaurants).
There are a range of spa services available, so you can wind down with a massage in your room, or enjoy a glass of wine while our aestheticians pamper you on the terrace. In-villa yoga classes, a personal trainer, or swimming lessons for all ages can also be arranged.
Many of our guests celebrate a special occasion during their stay at Kasianda House. Our team can cater any type of event, be it a formal dinner, or cocktails and canapés for 50 people. We work with a variety of musicians, performers and entertainment suppliers, and the villa can be decorated to match any theme. Whether you're up for an Ibiza style foam party, or a birthday bash for your little one (complete with magician and mermaid encounter) we've got you covered. Please enquire for more details.
Completed in 2021, the property has been designed and engineered to the highest standard. It is in a very private and secure gated compound, with tall boundary walls, CCTV and a security guard. It is moments away from the island’s best restaurants, boutiques and kids activities.
Inside, the villa is furnished with custom pieces and antiques. You will find original art from local artists and around the world throughout the house.
Whisper quiet, concealed air conditioners provide powerful cooling in all bedrooms and living spaces. Unlike almost anywhere else in Bali, you can drink the tap water, due to our on-site water filtration and sterilization system.
The beds have high-end orthopaedic, pillow top mattresses and 300 thread count linens, and all the bathrooms have high pressure rainfall showers. Hotel style technology distributes 150 Mbs WiFi throughout the property.
The media room is equipped with a 85" 4K TV and a 10 speaker Dolby Atmos surround sound system. Streaming services include US Netflix, Disney+ and Amazon Prime.
There are ceiling mounted speakers throughout the villa. You can stream music from your devices, or ask your Butler to choose from a library of specially selected playlists.
Outside, the infinity pool looks over the lush tropical garden and is lit by a fibre optic star-scape at night. There is a 4 person swim up bar at one end and a shallow kids area at the other.
With sun loungers to soak up some rays, several balconies, patios and terraces, and a variety of elegant indoor and outdoor living and dining spaces, this villa has plenty of social spaces for large groups to spend time together, and lots of other places to relax individually or in smaller groups.
Kasianda House has been designed to be completely child safe. Unlike most large villas in Bali, all the bedrooms and living spaces are under one roof, so there’s no need to go outside to move between bedrooms. A rarity in Bali, the pool has tempered glass railings that conform to Australian safety standards.
There is a high chair, a cot, lots of toys, a teepee, and craft materials. Anything else you might need is available to rent, including a bouncy castle and an inflatable water slide. With available high quality child care, you’ll have everything you need to keep your little ones entertained.
Prior to your arrival, you will be added to the villa WA messaging group, so that our team can help you plan your stay. Once you’ve arrived, you and your guests can use the same WA group to order food, drinks or any other service you may require.
