Brand New FAMILY Villa with Water Views from the kitchen / living area! Special reduction for week long stay!! Two level Villa. Large deck attached. Hot Tub, Barbecue Grill, Fire pit! Beautiful sunsets!! Come stay with us and enjoy all of San Diego's finest. We are located close to Balboa Park, Coronado and so many great venues and experiences or just stay on site and enjoy your very own Oasis!

The space
Stand alone Two level Villa with kitchen/living area, king bedroom and attached bathroom with double sinks all upstairs. Also, queen bedroom and full en-suite bathroom downstairs. Free Private Laundry washer and dryer are downstairs with folding counter next to them. Villa also has a large deck and comfortable new outdoor furniture, with fire table!

Incredibly ambient and cozy decor and property!! Gorgeous sunsets!! Awesome fire pit, deck, barbecue grill!! Perfect for a family!!! Not a party house.

We specialize in offering families, an opportunity to stay in a high-end, impeccable and immaculate property and enjoy the finest five (5) star experience a la Four Seasons Hotel and/or St. Regis, for a fraction of the standard rate! Please let us know if you have children and we will bend over backwards to accommodate you. We will even lower the price and/or offer you an additional reduction, if possible!! On a recent note, a guest currently staying with us asked for a ‘jumper’ for her baby, if we had one. We bought a ‘jumper’ and placed it in her Villa. She thanked us profusely, for buying the jumper for her stay! That makes our hearts full to go above and beyond where other hosts are willing to go, for our guests!!
