Located near the Wayne National Forest, enjoy the peace and quiet of the country while taking in the wildlife and many species of birds. Sit around the firepit (fire wood provided), enjoy s'mores and count the stars in the night.
There are plenty of acres to explore. A couple of paths have been developed or create your own adventure. No hunting or fishing is allowed. Warning for those with small children, there is a pond below the house.

There is a kitchen, living room, dining room, bathroom (located on the first floor), sunroom, enclosed porch with porch swing, spacious new deck and two bedrooms (located on the second floor) All rooms newly painted and new furnace installed.

Coffee, tea and popcorn provided.

Other things to note
Since this farm is out in the country there is no cable. TV is on an antenna and gets NBC, FOX, CBS, METV, weather channel. DVD player and a few movies available. No WIFI. (Working on how to provide this service to guests)
