Great appartement ! Very well located ( 4 minutes from convention metro station) . There is every thing near ( super market, bars, cinema). The flat is very specious, perfect for 4/5 people.

You will live here as a Parisian :) This apartment is beautiful and so cosy - you will have everything you need, you won't miss anything (maybe air-conditioning). The house is in a good location: about 3min walk to metro station, then 10min to get into the heart of Paris. Erwan's parents were really cute and helpful when we arrived, his father drew a map for us of the neighbourhood - you will find everything there: supermarkets, lot of bakeries, wine shops... Furthermore, there is an open-air farmer's market on the next street, organised 3 times a week! So lovely. We would come back anytime, totally recommended! For guests with dog: Generally, you are not allowed to get into the parks with dog - BUT! There is a park nearby the flat (Parc Georges-Brassens), which has a separated part for dogs :)

Our stay was great, the apartment is very large and located close to the M12 metro line. I would definitely stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It was lovely and clean, well-furnished and the kitchen had everything you could possible think of to make excellent food. The local market was fun and full of fresh food and produce. The metro and bus stop are a very short stroll away. I never once felt unsafe in this area of Paris; the neighbors were kind and always said hello. We felt very much at home which was very different and a vast improvement over staying in a hotel. There are several grocery stores nearby, and we enjoyed the local café daily for our morning coffee. The four local bakeries made it easy to find croissants, baguettes, etc. for meals. One of the highlights was having a washing machine since we stayed for a month. Also, there was a lovely breeze in the evenings when the enormous windows were opened. To be sure, we would stay here again without hesitation.

We were in the apt for two weeks. It is a roomy apt with all the accessories. It was as described in the listing and the owner was there to greet us and was available throughout our stay. The neighborhood is on the south edge of the city and has the neighborhood feel with cafes, street market and great restaurants. The location is on the M12 metro line that crosses the city north and south connecting to east-west lines and the regional lines. It is a great location and I would rent here again.

We've rented five furnished apartments in Paris for extended stays and this is easily the best one we've stayed in. Erwan was very responsive and accommodating. He helped us carry a lot of stuff up to the apartment. Thankfully there was an elevator that was not your usual tiny Paris elevator. When we had a question, Erwan responded quickly by text or phone. Our group consisted of four adults and a toddler. We also work at home. So we needed plenty of space and this apartment had it. It's very comfortable, tastefully decorated and gets a lot of light. The layout is awesome. When you enter, the kitchen is immediately to the right with a door that closes. If you continue down the hall, the dining room and living room are on the right. The WC is on the left. At the end of the hall on the left is a door leading to the back hallway. The back hallway leads to the two bedrooms, the bathroom and the shower room. The bedrooms have nice separation from the rest of the apartment with a door that closes between the front hallway and the back hallway. The bedrooms face the back of the building and are really quiet. You can close shades and curtains to make it nice and dark in the room at night. The kitchen is really well equipped. It has everything you need. And it has a large fridge! That's hard to find in Paris. The living room is roomy with lots of chairs for sitting in at night to chat. There's a bathroom with a bath and toilet. You also have a separate shower room with the washer/dryer. In the entry there is a WC. It was really nice to have so many bathroom facilities. The neighborhood is amazing. I haven't spent much time in the 15th, but I was pleasantly surprised to find that everything you need can be found nearby. At the same time, the apartment is located on a quiet street. The building is clean, secure and well-maintained. The neighborhood has a very Parisian feel with gorgeous buildings. There are a lot of young families with kids. The Saint Lambert park is perfect for a Sunday afternoon or to stretch your legs in the evening. The metro is super close. There's a grocery story "two steps away" (about two blocks) as the Parisians say. The only problem we had was the Internet could have been faster. That's just because French DSL service is only moderately fast. Keep in mind, for most people this will not be a problem. We work at home on the Internet and need fast internet for video calls. I only mention that in case someone else has that need. If you do stay here with a small child, you might need to put some of the nice things up out of reach. We were very happy to have stayed here. This place is going permanently on my favorites for Paris.
