After an easy 3 minute walk from the beach, relax on the deck overlooking serene Lullwater Lake and the illuminated Pier Park Sky Wheel. Many types of water birds, fish and turtles make this lake their home. Community dock is a perfect spot for dropping a fishing line, nature watching or reflecting on your incredible vacation. Private parking lot steps from the front door. Smart thermostat installed 11/2020 to ensure your comfort!

The space
The kitchen is newly remodeled, complete with full-size refrigerator, microwave, automatic dishwasher, stove, and oven. Enjoy use of our fully stocked kitchen with several pans, utensils, plates, cups and glassware. Plenty of linens and towels for use during your stay.
The bathroom between the family room and bedroom has everything you need to get your day started. Bedroom is complete with comfortable queen sized bed, a dresser to store your items, 2 closets, cable TV and nightstand.
Family room has an oversized, comfy, sleeper couch that can easily seat 6. After a long day at the beach enjoy relaxing on the couch where you can enjoy movies and all of your favorite shows on a large TV. Pack light! This condo has a private washer/dryer located in the hall for your use.
Walk up the short staircase to a large private Master bedroom with King size bed. The master bedroom has a view of the lake and SkyWheel. Newer vanity is located outside shower/tub and toilet for extra privacy.
Lullwater Condominiums have access to a private community pool for relaxing and community BBQ stations for enjoying more of PCB's incredible weather. The quiet community dock is steps away and has a bench. This is a perfect spot for dropping a fishing line, nature watching or reflecting on your incredible vacation.

No need to worry about crowded elevators at Lullwater. Park in the private lot mere steps from the front door. Lullwater Condominums is a 14 minute walk (2 minute drive) to Pier Park where you will find shops, restaurants, Sky Wheel and the famous Russell-Fields Pier. Enjoy fresh seafood at Dusty's Oyster Shack. It is a 10 minute walk door to door. Super Walmart is a 2 minute drive and Winn Dixie grocery store is less than a minute away. Smart thermostat installed in November 2020.
