Fabulous, fully-equipped studio with balcony and breathtaking panoramic views of the sea, mountains, Chateau Hill and rooftops of Old Nice. Located in a former palace just a few steps from the flower market, beach and Promenade des Anglais.

The apartment building is located in a side street, just a few metres from the Cours Saleya which is home to the famous daily flower and local produce market. Many restaurants and bars are also situated here.

The wonderful listed building is a former palace dating from the 18th Century and was originally built to house Nice's aristocracy. It is truly majestic with a magnificent entrance hall concealed behind the main front door and wide sweeping stairways.

The apartment benefits from wonderful sunshine for most of the daytime during summer with outstanding panoramic views of the evening sunset over the bay and rooftops of Old Nice from both the main room and the kitchen. There is also an unobstructed view of Chateau Hill from a separate window next to the dining area. Located on the top floor (6th floor - no lift) it is therefore very quiet whilst benefiting from a superb central location.

Please note that there are around 116 steps to the 6th floor. However, the communal staircases are wide and sweeping.

Would suit a romantic break for a couple or a couple with one small child.

Both check-in and check-out days in high-season (June to September inclusive) are Saturdays. Therefore, bookings (or rental charges) are for periods of 1, 2 or 3 weeks at that time only.
Unfortunately, the AirBnB booking system does not have provision for this and so it may allow you to send a booking request for a different length trip in high-season. Unfortunately, the price automatically quoted will therefore be incorrect and I will be unable to accept the booking.

There is a late arrival fee of 30 euros payable in cash for arrivals after 8.30pm and 50 euros between 10.30pm and 11.45 pm.
