Small quaint 9 unit complex. Direct BEACHFRONT on the white sand of Okaloosa Island, FL. Completely remodeled! Breathtaking views of the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico (and dolphins) right from the private patio! Gulf side pool (not heated). Contactless check-in. Walk 1 mile to the Pier & Boardwalk and restaurants. 15 minutes to Ft. Walton Airport. 2 person beach service (1 umbrella & 2 chairs) available 3/1 - 10/31

The space
Fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher and stainless steel appliances. Washer and dryer in unit. Small 9 unit condo complex makes for a relaxing, laid back, off the beaten path vacation and a great place to social distance. Private pool for the 9 condos.

Other things to note
No smoking of ANY kind allowed in our condo or on the patio.

No pets allowed. Will consider small pets for stays 28+ days.

You must be at least 25 years old to rent this condo.

Please note that the condo will be stocked with minimal amount of starter supplies including one roll of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, one bath soap etc. Please make sure you are prepared to buy additional supplies as needed.

All guests must be registered.

We are a 1 mile walk to the fishing pier & Boardwalk, fabulous restaurants, breweries, museums, Gulfarium, grocery stores, and the quaint downtown with nice shops. Destin is a 10 minute drive. If you're looking to lay low and stay in, there are plenty of grocery delivery options such as Whole Foods, Publix, and Walmart as well as DoorDash and other delicious food delivery options. Ft. Walton Airport is only 15-20 minutes from the condo, so you can rent a car or grab an Uber.
