Beautifully renovated Brownstone that keeps many of the original features, so you can feel its history. The House is located in Central Harlem, a safe and vibrant neighborhood. Conveniently located 4 blocks away from the subway that will take you into midtown Manhattan in 10-15 minutes. 5 blocks away from Whole foods supermarket and 125th street, where you will find all the stores, and a wide variety of restaurants and cafes.
Right next to Marcus Garvey Park and 10 blocks away from Central Park!

The space
We live in the 3rd floor and have two Guest Rooms located in the 4th floor; your room views the trees in the street, and the other guest room (at the other end of the corridor) faces the garden . From the moment you walk in the building all the way to your room, you will have a very private access and experience. Next to your room you will find a large bathroom & small kitchenette. The large bathroom has two sets of sinks/showers/toilets. You will be using the set on the RIGHT side, and the other guest will be using the LEFT side, meaning each of you has its personal sink/shower/toilet.
In the same floor you will find another 2 rooms that are occasionally used as art studio spaces (a female artist and my wife), that being said you will find the top floor to be very quiet and private.
