Walking distance to the Garden of the Gods. Newly renovated, clean/quiet/comfortable rooms at a smoke-free facility. Off the main road with unobstructed views of Pikes Peak, housekeeping service, smart TV’s and free Wi-Fi. Microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker w/coffee condiments. Hiking/rock climbing and biking, with tennis courts and Fountain Creek across the street. An easy stroll into downtown Manitou Springs. The best assets of Manitou Springs are at the doorstep of the Red Wing Motel.

The space
An "L" shaped motel built in 1952 with the second story added in 1961. Completely renovated, clean, quiet, comfortable non-smoking facility. Located off the main road with unobstructed views of Pikes Peak and an easy walk to Garden of the Gods. Your home away from home, bring your toothbrush and the family for an adventure in the Pikes Peak region. The room will have a microwave, refrigerator coffee maker & coffee condiments.

Guest access
Our coin operated Laundromat is open from 8:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m., or upon request. The ice machine, iron/ironing board are in the Laundromat along with a stationary bike. The gardens are fenced to keep the deer out but may be accessed at any time. The office is open from 7:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m., with friendly staff to assist you.
