This was a great AirBnB experience. Paul was so quick to respond to any emails or messages. The room looks exactly like the photograph – and the bed was tremendously comfortable. The house is right down the street from the star market and Starbucks and is really convenient for getting around the Boston area. There were three other people staying at the house when I was there – but it still felt very private. The room was spacious, clean and there was a desk in the room as well. There was nothing to critique about this Airbnb experience. It was great!

I stayed in the Master room for 3 weeks, it was an excellent stay. Check-in was easy since Paul left a key for me, found the place as described and the location is excellent for commuting via commuter rail to Boston. You can find anything you want within walking distance - food, groceries, etc. commuter rail and bus stops are only 2 minutes walk. You can get to Boston North Station from the house in exactly 25 minutes or less. The house is really very nice, not just a bunch of spare rooms with basic cheap furniture, as a matter of fact there is nothing cheap about it at all - real solid furniture, great mattress and pillows, perfect kitchen with high-end appliances, nice bath, etc. Paul is a great host, he organized everything well so I did not really need to bother him. He is also a great person, with a great smile and positive energy. I like the place so much I decided to continue my stay in the 2nd floor Cozy Attic for another month :-) Thanks Paul!

Staying at Paul's place was great. Although Paul and I unfortunately did not get to meet in person due to scheduling, check-in access was easy, and I enjoyed getting to talk to the other guests. Paul was very responsive the entire time. Everything was accurately described in the listing, with everything being quiet, clean, and comfortable. The bed was extremely comfortable, especially after hitting the pavement hard for several hours every day. Given the location, there aren't a ton of options for eating out, but there's a supermarket literally across from the end of the street, with access to public transportation (bus terminal and commuter rail stop) right next to the supermarket in order to easily get into the city. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend the listing.
