Sea Panorama Accommodation's Arthur River Panorama Cottage is a well-equipped renovated Cottage in a magnificent wild setting directly on the Western Tasmanian Coastline. It is a sun trap which looks out on Southern Ocean, the river mouth and bush.
Sea Panorama Accommodations has developed this property into an attractive holiday destination. Relish the serenity, comfort and convenience of the fully equipped and attractive indoors.
The spacious living/dining and kitchen area (reverse cycle air conditioner, full size stove, big pantry, dishwasher and fridge), leads onto the deck and commands fantastic views to the West over the sea and North and East over the river and bushland.
An adjoining second living area has a cosy wood stove. Part of this living area can be curtained off to make a third queen bedroom, using a fold-out couch.
The main (queen bed) and second bedroom (1 divan, 2 bunks) open onto the lower living area.
There is one WC and a separate bathroom with shower over a new full-size bath. Entry into the Cottage is via a sheltered sun room which houses the firewood stock and gas barbecue.
The Cottage is fully detached , with a grassy garden between it and Airey Drive.
Guests have access to the entire property, apart from the adjoining garage.

Other things to note
YOU NEED TO PLAN YOUR FOOD AND FUEL NEEDS BEFORE COMING TO ARTHUR RIVER VILLAGE. Only about 25 people live permanently in the Village. There are two small shops which stock a limited range of foods. There is no fuel bowser. A further two small shops are 15 and 20 km north of the Village and these have a reasonable range of food and other items. The nearest supermarket is in Smithton ~60 km north-east of the Village. For guests coming via Smithton, it is best to buy supplies there.
CHILD FRIENDLY facilities-
We aim to make the Cottage as child friendly as possible. The relatively large and mainly grassy, but quite steep-banked garden is well fenced and the gate at the entrance to the garden from Airey Street can be closed to stop small children from wandering. A high chair and cot (with linen) are available on request at no extra cost. When small children are among our guests, we advise against using the wood fire because it has surfaces that could cause burns, but the Cottage can be kept warm with the reverse cycle air conditioner. Dishes and eating utensils suitable for small children are provided
PETS ARE WELCOME, but by prior arrangement-
We appreciate how much pleasure people get from bringing their pets on holiday with them, so we welcome these, provided you let us know in advance that you will be bringing one or two (no more than that), they are not permitted to sit on seats or beds, are not washed inside the Cottage, nor allowed to chase the wild life and you agree to pay a fee of $25 per stay to cover additional cleaning.
SAFE, OFF-STREET PARKING is ample-
There is space for parking of up to 3 cars within the garden of the Cottage, but none of this is under cover. It is also possible to park a boat on a trailer within the garden, with just enough space to turn the trailer around in the garden if the boat is no longer than 5 metres. Larger trailers can be driven along the drive into the garden from the street, but would need to be backed out into Airey Drive.
OUR TARIFF INCLUDES a reasonable amount of cleaning-
However, we do expect that at the end of their stay, guests will leave the Cottage, with no major soiling of floors and other surfaces. All food service items should be cleaned and returned to storage, both from the dishwasher and the draining board.
With our apologies, please note that an additional charge of $40 or $80 will be made for extra cleaning, depending on the amount of extra cleaning required.
SMOKING OUTDOORS only please-
The sun porch and deck are OK for smoking.
