Located on the floor of a barn, this accommodation with simple and rustic layout is suitable for 2 to 3 people but can accommodate a larger number under condition (possibility to install tents near the barn).
La Grange de La Source is ideal for hikers, cyclists, riders but also for couples or friends who simply want to go green, away from the superfluous, screens, agitation, stress. In short, total disconnection guaranteed!

The space
La Grange de La Source consists of a mini kitchenette with fridge, a small seating area and a sleeping area (1 double bed 1m40 + 1 single bed 90cm, sheets provided). The wooden frame remained exposed, which gives charm to the place and the wood stove is the only way of heating. As may be the case regularly in April and even in May, mornings may be cool if you do not know how to light a fire...:-)
Matchsticks and wood are provided.

The sanitary area - separate from the accommodation but on the same level as this one - has 2 showers and 3 toilets (the facilities are provided for the temporary family campsite that we organize for the 24 hours of Spa and the Formula 1 Grand Prix).
During the good season, it is possible that other visitors have access to this space (occasional campers) but in all cases, 1 shower and 1 toilet will be strictly reserved for you. You will benefit from hot water but be careful, the space is not insulated and not heated. Bath sheets are not provided.
Finally, the floor being made of raw materials, think - for your comfort - to take slippers or small indoor shoes;-)

You will also enjoy an outdoor area with stone coffee table, wooden studs and barbecue.

Think of this place as an improved bivouac: the amenities are minimalist but will ensure a return to the roots while offering you space, the comfort of a hardened bed and basic amenities! What to allow you to travel lighter...
La Grange is available for rent from April to October inclusive. Other periods can possibly be opened in winter if the temperatures are pleasant but the accommodation is not provided to guarantee a pleasant stay during heavy frosts.

La Grange de La Source is located in a cul de sac, overlooking the fields and woods.

Numerous walks nearby: forest paths, marked promenade and Extratrail 1km away.

The RAVel and bus stops are also 1 km away, allowing you to reach Malmedy (many shops, restaurants, cinema, outdoor pool, ... ) and/or Stavelot quickly and safely (15 min. by bike).

The Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps is 1 km away. It is possible that some days (we at the right season, in particular), events are organized there. Depending on the direction of the wind, we may hear the noise of the engines at certain times of the day (no races at night except the 24 hours of Spa-Francorchamps).

Nearest stations: Trois-Ponts, Spa and Verviers, all three served by bus lines (direct lines).

Possibility of making a meadow or boxes available for the horses/donkeys that accompany you (prior reservation). Dogs (quiet...) are also welcome but we ask that they do not ride on chairs/beds/armchairs!
