Nested in a conservation area and with a private garden, yet only a 10 minute drive from Winchester, this 2-bedroom Stables Conversion (overlooking our vineyard - Rose Charity Estate) has the modern comforts that make it perfect for those looking for an escape (incl. EV charging). From parents with young children, to romantic couples, to those wanting a base to explore Winchester, this offers something for everyone. BTW, stunning beaches are from only a short drive away...

The space
'The Stables' (it's a lodge) has a large open plan living and kitchen area, that leads onto a patio accessible through bi-folding doors. The patio looks out onto a conservation area with stunning views and young vineyard. It is a modern space with everything you'll need. There are two bedrooms - the main one has a double bed. The second bedroom has a bunk bed that sleeps 2. The bathroom has a modern shower and bath. Within the grounds surrounding The Stables, you can quickly access local walks, or enjoy our own orchard (34 trees) or collect and enjoy fresh eggs from our hens. Off-road parking for 1 car.

Guest access
The Stables has its own fenced garden with patio. However, you are also free to wonder around our Orchard or enjoy visiting the chickens. You might meet us on our way back from walking our two dogs or see us doing some gardening. We'll be sure to say hello! You'll have your own dedicated off-road parking for 1 car.
