1. The apartment is about 40 tsubo (132 square meters m2), four bedrooms, with a total of 5 double beds, two single beds, 3 bathrooms, and a comfortable living room that can be used by many people.
2. Fully equipped kitchen, washing and drying machine, electric pottery stove, oven, microwave oven, refrigerator, hot water kettle, water filter, pots and pans.
3. The apartment is conveniently located in the heart of Taipei, about a 10-minute walk from Tiang MRT station, close to Jilin Food District and a 10-12 min drive from Songshan Airport.
Provide a certain quality to make the interior superior to the hotel and enjoy the high specifications of a five-star hotel.
5. There is a camera outside the door, please be honest about the number of people (children included), if the number of people does not match, there will be an additional charge of NT $1000 per person per night
6. Please cooperate with the house rules, otherwise please do not book, thank you.

Because we are not like a hotel, it is a homestay. We only provide one bath towel per person (not changed during your stay), shampoo and body soap.In order to be environmentally friendly, please bring your own washing utensil such as: toothbrush.Toothpaste, hair conditioner, and small towels.For extra bath towels will be charged extra, one NT $50.

If you have an early arrival, you can drop off your luggage after 12:30 pm (please put it together, the cleaner will not be responsible if they are lost by mistake). I will be at home by 16:00, you can enter the apartment after 16:00.
