Important Reminders:
Please be reminded that the following are STRICTLY PROHIBITED in Cityland' s House Rules and Regulations and should be abided at all times. Penalty charges may apply for non-compliance supervised by Condo Admin. We highly appreciate your cooperation.
1. Smoking and littering (especially cigarette butts) within condo area even in balcony. Penalty is 500 per offense
2. Hanging of clothes or any fabric in the balcony. Penalty is 500 per offense
3. Sweeping of dirt and leaving garbage in the hallways. All Garbage or trash must be properly disposed in Garbage chute located at garbage room. Penalty is 500 per offense
4. Loitering and excessive noise in the hallways. Limit the noise even inside the room for courtesy to other guests/ tenants. Penalty is 500 per offense
5. Light meal cooking only, Cooking of food with strong odor and excessive smoking is not allowed. Penalty is 2000 pesos
FOR CHECK- INS
* Contact first the caretaker of the room upon arrival at condo. If you can't contact/ reach the caretaker you may call Jeff ( unit owner). Our caretaker will be the one to assist you at Lobby and way up to your room.
* If you have a car, pls park at ground ( left ramp) or 2nd flr ( right ramp) located at the back of condo building along Olivares road infront of Tagaytay Executive Village
* Guard will assist you and collect payment for parking. Tell your assigned unit number and name of unit owner.
* Register at Lobby, you are required to present 1 Government ID for verification purposes
* Please manage your expectation that check-in time may take up to 30mins, Cityland management needs to validate guest list upon registration for security purposes
* High volume of guests especially during Weekends and Holidays. Pls expect waiting time during registration and using elevators
*Lost key/keycard costs Php2000
*Only REGISTERED GUEST listed during booking are allowed to enter the unit. Guest is not allowed to ACCEPT VISITORS
*Guests are expected to leave the unit clean and tidy
