Sanskrit Summer is an exclusive and stylish ground floor apartment nestled in the heart of Ballito. Located in close proximity to the airport, Ballito Junction Mall, and local must-see hot spots, Sanskrit Summer is conveniently situated for holidaymakers or business travellers. This apartment at the new Ballito Groves development has a stunning communal pool and entertainment areas to soak up the year-long Ballito sunshine. Sanskrit Summer provides the perfect zen getaway!

The space
This newly built apartment offers the perfect combination of comfortable and modern living with a hint of eastern flair. The master bedroom is equipped with a gorgeous feature wall and an ensuite bathroom. You can enjoy a restful night's sleep on our high end mattresses and luxurious memory foam pillows. The lounge has a wall-mounted flat screen smart TV connected to our uncapped complimentary wifi. Our guests can log into their personal Netflix, Dstv or showmax accounts at their leisure. Our internet is high speed and uncapped. We also have a high powered air conditioner situated in the lounge. There is also secure parking available for 2 vehicles (parking 350 and 151). We pride ourselves in ensuring that the apartment is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized during each turnover to ensure you have a wonderful stay every time. The property has new appliances and has a thoughtfully decorated interior, perfect for longer stays.

Other things to note
Electricity
From time to time we do have outages in the area which is unfortunately as a result of municipality faults beyond our control. We do have a back up gas stove and magneto light for our guests to use.

Pool area
Please note that swimming is only allowed between 6:30 am and 9:00 pm daily and NO alcohol is to be consumed around the pool area. Disobeying house rules may result in a fine issued by the body corporate.

Laundry
Feel free to use our washing machine to wash your laundry. Laundry needs to be dried on the dryer provided in the designated laundry area. The laundry drying area can be found on across the lawn of the patio area. DO NOT dry your laundry in the garden patio area.
Laundry dried in the communal area is at your own risk.

Quite time between 10 pm and 7 am daily.

Kindly note that no smoking in the apartment also applies to hookahs. Feel free to smoke in our patio area. A small fee will be charged to guests who smoke indoors.

Kindly note that a fee of R250.00 will be charged to guests for any stains found on sheets or sofas. Guests will be informed of any stains found shortly after checkout.

Late checkout
Kindly note that a fee of R250 may be imposed as a late checkout charge. This fee will be charged in the event of a late checkout (after 11am) delaying a future guests check in time.

Early Check in
An early check can be arranged upon availability for an additional fee.

Parking space
We have 2 parking spaces available, namely parking space 350 and 151. If a guest is found parked in an undesignated parking space, they may be clamped and required to pay a fine of R650 issued by the body corporate.

Cleaning
The cleaning fee is a fee charged for arrival and departure only. We do offer turnover services at an additional surcharge upon request.

Baai/Barbaque
The estate does not permit braai/Barbaques due to safety reasons.

Security check in
Copies of IDs are required to be sent prior to arrival. This is a mandatory requirement to permit check in. Security will not permit guests who refuse to furnish a copy of their ID upon booking of the listing.

Wifi
We offer complimentary wifi, however please note that we rely on a third party service provider. Should occasional issues arise we appreciate your patience and understanding. In the unlikely event that our wifi is unavailable, you may want to consider alternative arrangements to stay connected.

Estate rules
