Jennifer is a great host, responsive, accommodating and considerate. Great location. Private and quiet but within a short walking (or very short uber) distance from the best food locations in town, and if you'd like to have a fun time party venues in cape town are very close by as well. Nothing but great things to say about my stay at Jennifer's. Its very much what I personally look for in an Air BNB, a place to make you own for a short while, all the basic amenities that you would expect, a comfortable yet spacious place to yourself, great for couples as well. If I were to live in Capetown, this is a spot that is suitable for myself. A great home away from home. Thanks Jennifer!

It happened that my host "Jennifer" was just a profile picture behind a management company running the booking. I felt a bit stupid leaving a phone massages to a person that does not exist... Pls guys, a coffee machine with few capsules and some milk is a basic requirement, not Nescafé in a jar with no milk. A microwave oven to warm up food and a TV should be part of the standard amenities... The studio is a bit far from everything, no view and dark – you definitely need a car to move around. Not sure I would recommend this accommodation at the given price point.

Only after meeting not Jennifer but Jackie it became apparent to us that a third party is managing the place. No problem as such, but we would've liked knowing so before booking and during our first communications. The apartment itself served its purpose well, but on the photo's the place looks better than it is. The place is becoming a bit dated. Again not a problem, but the description and photo's could've been a better match to reality. All in all a pleasant stay for us in Cape Town in a quiet neighborhood with easy and secure parking.

After a last minute cancellation, Jennifer was generous to accept our reservation just a day in advance. For us (me, my wife and 3 year old son), the place felt like home. After an entire day's excursion, we used to look forward to retire at 'our' place. The house is perfectly clean with a very well-stocked kitchen. The high-speed WiFi was a blessing. The place has all amenities that one would require at a home - laundry, utensils, take-away boxes, spare hardware/tools, ample parking, security locks, etc. Glad we stayed here. This was our best and most comfortable stay in South Africa. Thanks again Jennifer.

A great place to be: close to nature, walking distance to town town. The apartment was exactly as on the pictures. Very peaceful. Lots of space. Perfect desk for reading and writing. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

I used to be a corporate drone but now I am a travelling yogi and have spent a lot of time exploring South America, South East Asia and Europe. I love surfing and my favourite surf spot is Muizenberg, Cape Town because of the friendly people, cruizy waves and the shark spotters! …
