The space
Enjoy a villa style room a block from Zicatela beach. Amenities include access to the pool on the bottom floor (including hammocks and shaded areas at the patio) ready for you to have a wonderful time in Puerto Escondido. There is a gated Parking assigned and the walk to the beach is VERY short(5MINS WALK). There is a Kitchenette in each villa and the restroom is private. Perfect for couples that need PRIVACY. We have 4 VILLAS, 2 STUDIOS AND 2 ROOMS IN TOTAL SO WE CAN HOST UP TO 17 PEOPLE AT A TIME.

Guest access
Once in your assigned bungalow you have access to all the ametinies mentioned in our description. On the outside patio, there is a small pool, shaded areas, hammocks and a grill that are also arranged to make your stay more pleasant. Commune areas are to be shared and used by any of the guests staying, and the owners, ONLY. Otherwise, upon previous arrangement. Since we can host up to 17 people at times guests should be willing to share outdoor areas.

During your stay
I might be present at the time of your visit but this is depending on the season since I travel back and forward USA-MEX. I love interacting with guests that are friendly and always willing to hang out.

Other things to note
MUST CONSIDER BEFORE BOOKING: Wifi at times in all Puerto a Escondido Area could be limited due to the lack of good service. We do offer and pay for good quality service but it’s an issue you might face depends on the luck

(EL MORRO) Isolated enough from business so the neighborhood is pretty quiet. It’s a 4 block walk to El Morro Avenue where all bars and restaurants are located.
