Less than 20 minutes from downtown (think Omaha Zoo, CenturyLink Center, Museums as well as Dundee and Askarben!) 10 minutes from I80 and minutes away from shopping and everything else you need! Enjoy spending time together inside with ample indoor space as well as a great backyard and playground/ neighborhood park just across the street. This home will be perfect for your family/ large group stay.

Our home is located right in the heart of West Omaha. There are kind neighbors on both sides (please be respectful:) There are no neighbors to the front. Home faces a large neighborhood park with a basketball court, football field, pavilion, picnic tables and playground, Also access to many trails and a nature walking area/ preserve.
