This stunning historic fashion district apartment built in the 1880's is a great base to discover Queen West, a beloved Toronto neighbourhood frequented by locals and visitors. 2 floors, 2 bedrooms, office area that can sleep another 2 people, charming exposed red-brick wall, 75" TV and a patio, your Toronto home offers a beautiful and comfortable setting to relax after an exciting day visiting the city.

The space
***2 sets of stairs to get to the upper floor and bedrooms.

Master-bedroom has a king bed + tv

2nd bedroom has a double bed

Office can become a third bedroom with pull out couch. Please note this area is open concept so no door. We have a room divider that can be used for privacy.

I have 1 Pack 'n Play that can be used. Let me know and I can set it up.

& of course an oversized L shaped couch.

Kitchen fully supplied.

Patio comes equipped with furniture, umbrella and a bbq.

-15 minute walk to the Rogers Centre
-10 minute walk to Osgoode Subway Station
-Streetcar access in front of apartment going east/west and north/south

There is construction everywhere downtown Toronto. Be prepared for noise.
