The main living area is to the rear of the house where a light, spacious, contemporary kitchen/living room opens out onto a large lush garden through wall to wall Scandanavian glass sliding doors. This open plan area is perfect for entertaining with refectory table seating for 8 people, leather sofa, large beanbags (for interior & garden use) and poufs on under floor bamboo flooring. The modern kitchen is ideal for food lovers, being well equipped & integrated appliances. The garden is laid out with lawn, mature fig tree, Japanese vines & pleached hedges. Outdoor table & chairs provide a lovely spot for al fresco meals on warm summer evenings. The cosy lounge has a built in log burner for cooler evenings with a 32” TV.

Regular buses along the coastal road to Saunton Sands/Croyde/Ilfracombe or back into Barnstaple. Taxis available.

Please note: security deposit is only taken once you've stayed IF there is a dispute over a breakage etc. We've never had to take up the security deposit with Airbnb as all our guests have been perfectly respectful.
