The space
Tucked away right off the main road, walk into a spectacular ocean view bar and restaurant on the main floor. Have drinks by the pool overlooking the sea, perfectly framed by the surrounding jungle and nature. Share the view with the monkeys, Scarlett Macaws, and toucans that visit the property daily to eat at the mango, banana, starfruit, and palm fruit trees that we have.

With 3 stories facing the ocean, the Mango colored villa is a charming and rustic choice for a relaxing and low key experience. View the sunset from the pool or restaurant with curated music to make your stay here one to remember.

Guest access
As you enter the villa, the reception will help you check-in and be a resource for your questions about the area, tours, and recommendations for whatever you are looking for. On the main dining area veranda, we have breakfast available from 7-9 am, and our restaurant is open from 2 pm-9 pm. Happy hour cocktails 2 for one from 3-6 pm. Enjoy at the tables above the pool's balcony, or take it with you for a swim.

With four rooms on the first floor, one on the main floor, four on the third floor, and two on an accessible side structure, the room sizes vary to accommodate up to 5 people depending on availability.

We have a jungle garden trail below the pool where you can pick your starfruits or ripe mangos that fall from the trees.

Our parking lot fits up to 8 cars right out front of the entrance.

Our area of Manuel Antonio is lush with green trees, and all types of animals, with the convenience of al your travel needs. A great variety of different cuisine, local and foreign. With a mix of beach and mountainous hills, you have the best of both worlds. There are many tours and excursions available around the area, whether it be Ziplining, ATV, Jetskiing, Fishing, nature hikes, or just lounging at the beach. Manuel Antonio is a very safe and friendly town that will welcome you with a smile.

We are located on a side road 5-8 minutes walking from the main street with many great restaurants, souvenir shops, grocery stores, and bank. We are a 15 minute walk from two beautiful beaches, Playitas and Biesanz. The area is surrounded by jungle so you are likely to see monkeys and birds along your walk. There are some sidewalks, and at night there is some street lighting as well.

When I decided to retire from a high stress and paste business world some 10 years ago, first thing I wished to do was to find a place to spend summer months with my kids. And we have been spending wonderful and memorable summers on the island where my kids will bring their kids someday to share the same memories. While kids are busy figuring out their own lives after college, I have this wonderful place to share with others who may come through. I lived in Boston area for over 30 years and now call DC my home. Between DC where we share our Dupont Circle house through Airbnb and Nantucket during the summer, I also travel quite often to Costa Rica where we have a small hotel and restaurant by the Manuel Antonio National Park. I am blessed to call Nantucket and Costa Rica home between cool ocean breezes and daily visits from monkeys. I hope you will make it to Nantucket some days and when you do, we could meet.
