Room small (11m2) but comfortable in a sunlit apartment on the 4th floor (with a lift) of an end of 19th century building close to the river Rhône in the city center.
Easy access on foot to shops, historical sites, transports restaurants...
Both lively and quiet area close to one of the oldest Universities.
Check in and out are flexible ( Do tell me when in advance.)
Parking space in the building (10 euros/day) to be paid on the spot.

The space
Your room is quiet, sunlit and comfortable and the bathroom is shared (with me only)
Avoid taking a shower after 11pm.
Breakfast is included and taken in the kitchen until 10.30am.
Access to the kitchen for light and quick cooking till 9 pm for use of the microwave, the coffee machine, and the kettle.
You can put some food in the fridge but please do not eat in your bedroom.
NB: Being quite concerned by ecology and the need not to waste water and energy, I do recommend to avoid taking long showers. Thanks!

I know my town pretty well and I'm happy to give information and advice on where to go sightseeing, to eat, have a drink...
I've got a few guidebooks in English, French Italian and Spanish that you can borrow while visiting...I also have leaflets on current events and a map of Lyon you can keep.

I do like communicating but I do understand the desire not to speak!
The main thing is for us all to feel comfortable and free to come and go!
