Bedroom & bath in a quiet neighborhood. Perfect place to stay, whether it's checking out LSU for your graduate, working, or just visiting the capitol city. Great restaurants & sites to see while you're visiting!
Bedroom has a full bed and a laptop sized desk. The private bath has a tub and shower. A large closet is available for your belongings during your stay. Long-term guests ( 5 days or longer) have additional access to laundry room (you need to provide your laundry detergent), kitchen, and living areas.
Additionally, there is a backyard patio available for those who want to enjoy the outdoors. Long-term guests (more than a week) have access to their bedroom/bath, as well as the kitchen (must clean up after yourself), dining, living, and laundry areas (provided you supply your own detergent).
Interaction with guests
As much or as little as you'd like. I am easily accessible through my cell phone. I work long hours, and may not be available to visit with you every day.
Other things to note
Reduced rates are available for weekly or monthly guests.
Mutual respect and privacy is requested. No drugs, drama, smoking, or parties in my home. Eating is restricted to the kitchen/dining area only. Must clean up after yourself in both the kitchen and bathroom areas; this includes rinsing and placing dirty dishes in the dishwasher and picking up wet towels to hang for drying. No pets.
I am a registered nurse who worked for 10 years (2 of those travel nursing) with newborns in an Intensive Care Unit. I am now a clinical review nurse who works for a company that handles recipients of Medicaid. My life is busy. Once I leave work, I enjoy having dinner or seeing a movie with friends. I like to get away when I am able, and see different places. I have a son who lives in New York City, and I try to see him a couple of times a year. Love movies, reading books, good food (especially Southern cooking), all kinds of music...
I'm pretty laid back. I keep to myself at home for some peace and quiet. Like to see and do as much as I can when I travel. You only live once!
