Great newly renovated basement unit across from Morgan State engineering building. Also just a short distance to Loyola, Towson, Downtown Baltimore and JHU this conveniently located spot delivers for easy access and accommodation. Enjoy a nice scenic walk around historic Lake Montebello or head up to the famous local spot where Marylanders agree (crab preferences will vary hehe) they have best crab cake in the Baltimore.

The space

This townhouse is split into two separate units. This is a basement unit with a private parking space and basic kitchenette that consists of only a mini fridge and microwave.

We are all friends here so lets be completely transparent upfront and address the 3 main concerns I have heard in the past.

1. There is definitely going to be some noise from the upstairs unit unless it is empty at the time of your reservation. I have them agree to quiet hours after 10pm and MOST people respect it and there is no issue. However everyone is entitled to make a reasonable amount of noise.

2. The space is standard ceiling height except for in one place in the bedroom where the vent is. It is visible in the pictures. Typically I have not had an issue but twice I've had a 6ft+ person mentioned it to me so I'm mentioning it to you. (My uncle is 6'4)

3. Linen and Bed comfort.
Every one likes a different type of mattress some firm some soft this bed is medium. I can't please everyone. If you like a special type of sheets feel free to bring your own. Mine are not Egyptian cotton but they aren't dollar store sheets either. I can't guarantee you'll love them but I can guarantee they will be clean.

Lastly as much as I would like the place to be perfect for everyone. I am only charging 40 something bucks a night. The pictures are exactly what you are getting. The space is clean, new, safe and convenient. The TV has great options and I've been told the internet speed is great.

With all that said we would love to have you, however if these things don't work for what you are looking for we'll just have to catch you a different time.

Other things to note
Basement studio can hear noise from upstairs if top unit is reserved.
