Welcome to Zen House. Feel the calm. Upscale home in upscale quiet neighborhood. Soak in the sun in the saltwater pool & lounge on the screened lanai overlooking the lake. Queen bed. Morning coffee/tea included. 5 minutes to historic Cocoa Village & 15 mins to Cocoa Beach. 20 mins to Port Canaveral, Cruise Ships, and Kennedy Space Center. 45 mins to Disney and Orlando Airport. The space
Super clean, upscale, zen-like pool (saltwater) home in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of 2 mile trail around 60 acre lake, tennis courts, and other exercise trails. See launches from the back lanai or relax with a beverage watching the wildlife on the lake directly behind the home. You won't find a nicer home in the area for a private ROOM rental.

Outdoor spaces: Guests have access to the pool. The hot tub is owner use only. Note: there are towel hooks on the patio for wet beach towels and bathing suits.

You are welcome to refill your water bottle at the refrigerator. You are welcome to coffee or tea in the morning. If you need some refrigerator space for snacks or leftovers, there is an extra fridge in the garage where we keep our drinks and overflow; there is a shelf available for leftovers. You are welcome to use the dining room or outdoor table to snack or eat. Full kitchen access is not included.

This is a room rental and exceptional outdoor space. We both work from home and are active in the rest of our house. We will do our best to support a comfortable visit, and also appreciate your respect of our space.

To honor other guests and the owners, we ask that you follow the House Rules which you will receive upon booking AND which are posted on the door of your rented room.

During your stay
We are here to offer support, suggestions, and assistance. We are not looking for "housemates", but thrilled to share our available spaces and be a home base for your visit. We have been hosted by many families in our travels around the country and are in a position to pay it forward.

Other things to note
Just 5 minutes to historic Cocoa Village and 15 minutes to Cocoa Beach. Nearby are: Port Canaveral, Cruise Ships, and Kennedy Space Center. Within one hour to Disney and Orlando Airport.

If your bath towels are not out in your room, you will find them in your bedroom closet.

Beach and pool towels can be found on the shelf outside your bedroom, along with some beach bags that you are welcome to use.

WiFi details and house rules are on the bedroom door.

There are extra toiletries under the bathroom sink.
