Treborth Mews was originally part of the Treborth Hall Estate, built between 1860 and 1870. Ideally located just five minutes from Menai Bridge and Bangor University, it offers easy access to the beautiful Wales Coastal Path, as well as the stunning beaches and mountains of the area.

To help ease you into your stay, we’ve provided a few essentials: tea, ground coffee, sugar, milk, salt & pepper, and oil.
Plenty of cleaning products, dishwasher and washing machine capsules, washing up liquid and spray, cloths, sponges and kitchen roll.

🛁 Bathroom
The bathroom includes a 1700 x 800 mm shower, toilet, and 600 mm vanity unit with sink.
A towel warmer adds extra comfort, and a Velux window provides bright natural daylight.
We’ve also supplied toilet rolls, shower gel, and hand wash for your convenience.
🌿 Garden Area
At the front of the property, you’ll find a small grassed garden — it’s the first garden on the left as you look out from the courtyard.
The garden is furnished with a wooden picnic table, perfect for outdoor dining or for using a disposable BBQ.
🚗 Parking
There is parking space for two vehicles.
A parking plan is taped to the back of the front door, showing how cars should park at an angle due to the shape of the courtyard.
⚡ Electric Vehicles:
Please do not charge electric cars using an extension cable. Public charging points are available nearby in Bangor and Menai Bridge.

Please ensure that all cars are parked at an angle and not directly in front of No. 1, our neighbouring property.
A parking diagram is displayed on the back of the front door, showing how to park for one or two vehicles.
A copy of this plan will also be sent to you on the morning of your arrival.
Other things to note
🧺 Bed Linen & Towels
We provide bed linen, one set of bath and hand towels per guest, and two tea towels for the kitchen.
We kindly ask guests to bring their own beach towels and to keep our towels within the property.
For stays of seven nights or more, all linen and towels will be replaced free of charge.
Any additional changes or extra sets can be provided upon request for a small additional fee.
